**Job Overview**:
**Core Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Support the development, overall project management and communication of an accessible national framework. Companies can use the framework to guide themselves and benchmark against peers to keep track of their efforts to do good and measure the impact on the business.
- Lead engagements and project management with various stakeholders to review and/or establish national platforms and programmes as opportunities between companies and students, NVPC staff and advisors to help businesses advance their corporate doing good agenda.
- Review and continue the development of the Champions of Good programme into potentially a national trustmark as part of larger industry development plans.
- Support dialogues and studies with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to those involved in other similar national set-ups. To establish a coalition to co-create with businesses in Singapore the understanding and aspirations for ‘Corporate Purpose’ in Singapore. Serve as the Secretariat for the multi-lateral coalition to ensure that all interests are aligned and relevant external stakeholders are engaged to advance the agenda and objectives of the coalition.
- Support the integration and synergy of work across the entire Corporate and Industry Partnerships team covering Capability Development, Industry Development, Community Building and Business Strategy and Planning.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Set-up and evolution of a national alliance that agrees to co-create and co-develop the work around ‘Corporate Purpose’ in Singapore to leverage synergies and encourage collaboration in the eco-system.
- Establishment of a comprehensive national framework and blueprint that harmonises the concept of ‘Corporate Purpose’ in Singapore.
- Effective and efficient development and delivery of interventions that support the utilisation of the national framework and as part of the larger national blueprint (e.g. National Competency Framework, Champions of Good programme, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; including Business Administration or Management/Public Policy/Social Science
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in industry and/or market development
- Experience in developing and/or implementing policies or interventions at the national level and/or equivalent
- Experience in overseeing and leading business-related programmes
- Experience in leading and/or at least guiding research projects
- Ability to engage in complexity thinking
- Strong events management skills
- Social media engagement skills
- Appreciation of platform strategies
