**What the role is**
- As Assistant Director of the Digital Strategy team (ITD), you will lead and manage a team of Senior Manager(s) / Manager(s) to champion NAC's digitalisation efforts through initiatives that transform 1) planning and policy development, 2) operations management and 3) service delivery.

**What you will be working on**
- You will focus on the following areas: Digitally Engaged Audiences - Supporting departments and driving culture sector digitalisation efforts by leveraging data and tech to increase discoverability and accessibility of arts, while enhancing digital service delivery through UI/UX and design thinking principles - Providing thought leadership on digital engagement strategies/best practices through research, and equipping departments with knowledge on digital engagement tracking/measurement - Working with business users to define use cases in priority areas such as AI, Data Science, and Geospatial, for the objective of growing audiences and improving digital service delivery Digitally Mature Organisation - Overseeing initiatives to increase NAC’s digital maturity in key dimensions such as Agile, AI, and Geospatial, as part of NAC’s Digital Maturity Index (DMI) roadmap - Overseeing initiatives to increase staff satisfaction with ICT tools and services through people, process, and technology interventions, in line with NAC’s G2E roadmap - Enabling internal transformation of NAC’s work processes through service journey design, automation, and other digital tools such as RPA, Digital Workplace tools, and WOG feedback/stakeholder management systems - Supporting implementation of NAC’s data strategy for seamless record management, grants management, and stakeholder management - Proposing the appropriate budgets, the time required, and manpower to implement strategies for the above Digitally Confident Arts Sector - Providing advisory and consultancy support to departments on the deployment of technologies (e.g. IoT, AR/VR) to support sector transformation
