**Main Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support the company's business objectives.
- Manage the technology team and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Ensure the design, development, and deployment of all products and services are of high quality and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure the technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and flexible enough to support the company's growth plans.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in the market.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand and support the company's needs and drive innovation across the organization.
- Develop and maintain technology standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the company's technology systems comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
**Job Requirements**
- Master's degree or above, major in Computer Science or other related majors.
- At least 10 years of R & D experience in Internet industry, more than 5 years of R & D VP experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing business needs and technology trends.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful technology strategies that align with overall business objectives, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing technology teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
