**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily briefings and assign manpower.
- Oversee job progress, tool/material usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor and train junior staff; handle team welfare and counselling.
- Review timesheets, plan overtime, and enforce safety and housekeeping.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Diploma/ITE or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years in mechanical fitting (drilling equipment preferred), incl. 2 years in supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
