**Responsibilities**:
Product Due Diligence & Product Research
- Responsible for competitive market and product information updates.
- Utilising data analytics tools to conduct comprehensive market research (analyse trends, competitive landscape and identify emerging opportunities within the insurance industry).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data on customer preferences, needs and behaviours.
- Conduct product comparisons and pro-actively communicate product positioning and key features and benefits.
- Monitor insurance products and funds sales performance.
- Exercise product inventory control to ensure product line is competitive and productive.
- Advise on product recommendation and assist sales representatives with product enquiries / FAQs on a timely basis.
- Conduct feedback / focus group sessions with sales representatives.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments impacting insurance products.
- Ensure products meet MFA standards according to agreed standardized procedures.
Product Launch
- Manage the whole end to end process of product due diligence to product launch.
- To work with providers in developing sales tools for sales force to enhance their knowledge and competency.
Product Trainings
- Training roadmap.
- Organise new product launch trainings.
- Arrange for 3rd party products induction training as and when required, so as to increase the knowledge, awareness and competency of MFA sales representatives.
- Owner of Sales Advisory Process including MFA Plan Right and MFA AI Forms.
Business Relationships and Provider Onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and industry experts.
- Constantly on the lookout for suitable partners for onboarding to enhance firm’s value proposition.
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding product providers.
Special Projects
- Handle projects related to MFA suite of Products e.g. product information, product recommendations, AI Process, etc.
- Support in ad-hoc projects / initiatives / strategy (e.g. HNW case management process, Product Bundling / Elevate Protection Sales).

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of life insurance products related experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualisation tools (i.e. PowerBI and Phyton).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
