**RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope)**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management
- Create and update records and databases (eSystem) with Admin and HR related record
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary by preparing PR/PO
- Collect and check the timesheets for monthly payroll
- Submit timely reports and prepare reports/proposals as assigned
- Manage admin matters of company direct workers.
- Manage company transport and project IT matters.
- Assist colleagues working matters, whenever necessary
**REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience)**:
- _Educational Level and the field of study: _Diploma in Business Management or relevant fields
- Minimum 5 year’s proven work experience as administrator, or similar role
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Good knowledge of construction industries related regulations and practices will be advantage
