**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warehouse Operations Leadership: Assume full responsibility for the Planning, Construction and Development, Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service functions of the warehouse hub.
- Business Growth and Performance: Drive revenue and profit growth, analyze profit and loss statements, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the delivery of warehouse units to meet customer demands and maintain the highest standards of operations to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies to achieve marketing targets, expand business opportunities, and create end-to-end logistics solutions for customers.
- Relationship Management: Leverage established networks and strong relationships with local authorities, business partners, and customers to foster collaboration and drive business success.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently plan and allocate operations resources, including manpower, equipment, and technology, to optimize warehouse operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent from reputable universities.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of strong business acumen, result orientation, and delivering excellent customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of the Vietnam market, including cultural aspects and business nuances.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a successful history of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage profit and loss, implement cost-effective measures, and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with end-to-end logistics solutions and industry best practices is an advantage.
