My client is a world-renowned athletic shoes brand with a focus on contemporary design through the combination of fashion and sports. With their constant innovation and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Retail Merchandising Executive to join the team

**Your new role**
- Monitor and executing on the product assortment planning, allocation and also consolidation for the stores
- Ensure that the retail and e-commerce channels are aligned during any launch or markdown of merchandise
- To do assortment planning and seasonal buy based on historical analysis
- In charge of the preparation of stores replenishment and ensuring optimum stocks capacity
- Do weekly reports to share with the retail, marketing and product team
- To keep track of aging inventories and prepare a monthly report for aged stocks planning
- Coordination with the sales and visual merchandising team for any launch plans
- Planning for sales merchandise for markdown and ensure they are able to meet the revenue targets for the stores
- Involved in all stores' stock take and highlight any discrepancies to the store managers' within the same day
- Preparation of stock-take summary report
- Working closely with the retail and logistics team for stocks planning to ensure stores are set-up efficiently

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma in Retail Management is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a fashion retail environment
- Proficient in MS Excel skills
- Strong in analytical skills and good command in English
