Grace is seeking a Technical Service Manager to join our FCC Technical Service team This role reports to Sr Sales Director, Asia located at Singapore.**Job Overview**:

- This role manages and maintains Grace technical relationships with customers through frequent direct contact and service delivery that helps increase profits. Works closely with Sales, R&D and Marketing in identifying, developing and achieving business objectives in the assigned product platform.**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain executive and technical customer relationships at assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with region and global groups on technical service activities for ongoing business.
- Provide technical support to the regional sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotes and gross margin targets.
- Assist in creating value documentation tools to identify and quantify value provided to the customer.
- Serve as the link between sales, R&D and marketing to put forth our best technology offerings.
- Assist in defining the playing field for our technology and related marketing, sales and business strategies.
- Recommend and implement new catalyst formulations working with R&D and technical partners.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers on existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze business trends, competitive, regulatory and technology developments, consolidate market information for the segment, assess consequential business impact, and suggest/ take suitable action to deal with significant changes.

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant background in catalysis technologies, with a minimum of 10 years demonstrated success in Technical Services to the petrochemical industry
- Proven ability to sell high-value technology (catalyst technology, process technology) with an economic value proposition
- Effective in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments with strong communication skills
- Able to sell effectively in different cultures and languages
- Proficient at establishing and cultivating consultative relationships with both executives, engineering and operations personnel at target customers
- Robust network in the Asian industry
- Strong business focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability and desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment in a high-growth company
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Proactive, creative and self-motivated
