In your new role you will:

- **Optimize delivery performance **and related **customer satisfaction **in collaboration with Customer Logistics (CLM), this covers independent verification and improvement of deviations from the requested customer dates and quantities
- Monitor and **manage delivery commitments **of the **global production locations **(front and backend) for the assigned product portfolio
- **Implement ramp-up/-down plans **and coordinate planned **production changes **in consultation with Ramp-up Management
- Handle **forecasts/inventory management **in view of business strategy and outlook, agreed with the business divisions
- Be involved in **digitalization **and **automation projects**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Data Science and Analytics
- Basic knowledge of **Supply Chain Management**:

- Excellent **analytical **and **systematic skills **to evaluate complex data and processes.
- Strong **communication **and **presentation skills**:

- Proficient in **data visualization **& **analytics **tools such as **Tableau, SQL **and **Python
