**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve PV system issues; modules, inverters, and all system components to ensure maximum system performance.
- Coordinate and prepare submission of documents (e.g. MSRA, Work Instructions etc.).
- Plan and coordinate on the maintenance progress & schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Assist O&M Manager in PV maintenance activities.
- Co-ordination with technical/engineering resources/contractors/authorities for the execution of the PV maintenance work.
- Provide technical support during PV maintenance works.
- Ensure safety and quality of the PV maintenance works.
- Participate in root cause analyses.
- Participate in safety programmes.
- Lead a team to carry out improvement projects.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Academic Level: Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering

Required Professional experience: 4-6 years of electrical engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation projects (C&I and HDB) and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic systems.

Specific knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality standards for DG photovoltaic projects (rooftops, ground mount, and floating PV) and the related standards or codes of practices (e.g. SS / TR, IEC, EN, BS).

Skills / Competencies: Problem Solving Skills / Strong communication and project management skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong integrity, morals and ethics.

Languages: Proficient in English. Any additional languages would be an advantage.
