Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking an **Accounting Supervisor** that will handle inventory accounting for SGP Lighting and Detection division and will oversee one Batam Finance staff (50% on costing). He/She is tasked to enforce control procedures with ops production and supply chain and analyzes inventory variances to ensure compliance with proper financial regulations and GAAP, to maintain updated SOX and Internal control documentation.

Main responsibilities:

- Support and assist in cost management and inventory accounting
- Coordinate and lead in monthly cycle count and annual stock take, reporting and adjustments
- Prepare, reconcile, and analyze inventory reports
- Assist in the month end closing and management reporting
- Assist in the month end closing and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with corporate policy and local accounting standards
- Involve in inventory internal control processes and improvements.
- Support or assist in other accounting functions
- Involve in S4 Hana implementation and testing

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- 5 years of costing and inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to details
- With excellent leadership skills
- Technical skills required such as SAP MM Module/S4HANA, US GAAP/IFRS
- Blackline experience is preferred
