**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
IT Support team

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN**:
Gain knowledge and experience in:

- Day-to-day IT operations support.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Working in a team and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

**PROJECT OVERVIEW**:
Be part of the Singapore Onsite IT Support team for any IT-related activities, including:

- Supporting walk-in customers (Geekstreet).
- Day-to-day IT operations support such as PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation/troubleshooting.
- Ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
- Ad-hoc IT-related activities as and when required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting walk-in customers and Day-to-day IT operations.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required.
- Conducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement.

An independent individual who can perform as a team player, with a willingness to learn and positive attitude.

**RELEVANT SKILLSETS**:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
- Knowledge of IT Operations support.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Background in IT or related
