Data Transformation Manager

Data has become the strategic enabler for digital transformation initiatives undertaken by Singtel. Business units are actively using data and insights to make strategic decisions and drive Go-To-Market use cases. We’re looking for an experienced Data Transformation Manager who has experience to deliver enterprise-wide data programs / projects, and ability to manage stakeholders, business, and change.

**Make an Impact by**:

- Extensive engagement with senior management, and to exhibit evidence of directly influencing and managing the product business ‘outcome’ rather than purely managing the product ‘process’.
- To entail communication with senior project stakeholders (sponsor, owners, and Product Managers) within Singtel IT and the business (Executive and C-level).
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with the Product Manager of the Unified Data Platform (UDP) to define and implement the data transformation strategy that supports the overall product strategy.
- Liaise between various stakeholders, including data engineering, data analytics, IT, and the Product Manager, ensuring alignment on product vision and data transformation objectives.
- Product Communication: Regularly communicate product progress, potential improvements, and strategy adjustments to the Product Manager of UDP.
- Ensure data transformation processes and tools contribute to a positive user experience by working closely with UX/UI teams.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members on data transformation elements within the product, to improve understanding and adoption.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager of the Unified Data Platform and other data transformation initiatives to develop a change management strategy, enabling business stakeholders and users to effectively leverage the product.
- Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions to enable stakeholders and users to effectively use data transformation features in the UDP.
- Provide support to users during and after the implementation of changes, ensuring they can effectively leverage the new features and capabilities.
- Champion the benefits of the product and its data transformation features, promoting its adoption across the organization.
- Develop and implement data literacy strategy, ensuring that business stakeholders and users are able to effectively understand and leverage data & analytics in their daily work.
- Design and deliver data literacy training programs to enhance the data skills of users and stakeholders, focusing on both technical and non-technical staff.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product and Change Management as well as Stakeholder Management
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams comprises of IT, business, data product owners and vendors
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting in the areas such as AI, Data Management, BI or related fields
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to work in diverse background
