**Senior Finance Executive, Singapore**:

- You will be a trusted member of the SG Finance team responsible for Accounts Payable and Finance related administration for Symrise Singapore Entities, working closely with Purchasing team and all level of employees. This role is reporting into the Finance Manager, offers abundance of learning and career progression for those who are looking to grow into a Financial Accountant._

**The Position**:
This role has 2 key focus areas mainly Accounts Payable and Finance Administration support for Symrise Singapore entities.

Accounts Payable
- Handle accounting for Vietnam Representative Office
- Leading the Accounts Payable team
- Review and approve Technical Purchase Requisitions
- Process employee claim in internal system
- Attend to external auditor

Finance Administration
- Update Cashflow and bank functions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Follow up and update permits and licenses
- Handle monthly GST filing
- Provide corporate credit cards administrative support
- All other duties / adhoc projects as assigned
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure in Manufacturing industry and supervisory experience is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
- Experience with SAP and OCR
- Proficient in MS Office
- A self-starter and a team player with good communication skills
- Independent, driven and passionate
