Job Description

**Location**: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT, CBD area

**Working Hours**: Mon
- Fri (8:30am - 6pm)

Career progression and development

Provide support in full spectrum of HR generalist function
Maintain and timely update employees' database
Prepare monthly salary and submission of CPF contribution
Assist in annual salary review and performance appraisal
Prepare and submit monthly HR reports for review
Update management on new HR related development/ initiates and to be in tandem with the introduced measures/ efforts
Review and update HR policies and employee handbook and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist in annual HR budget and to provide monthly update on utilization
Organize and manage staff welfare programs
Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs
Provide training to newly joined employees on HR policies and update employees on changes as and when required
Assist in HR related projects
Close monitoring of insurance expiry dates and renewals
Maintain all contracts/ agreements master file and SOPs
Supervise the Admin Officer on general administration matters and procurement
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:
Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management preferred
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in HR manager role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skils and able to interact with all levels of people
Able to work independently as well as part of the team
Self-starter and initiative driven
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to start work immediately is a plus point
