Assist the Executive Housekeeper on the operations and administration of Housekeeping Department and Linen Room operations.
- Implement and maintain Operating Procedures and Service Standards for Housekeeping operations and public area facilities
- Review manpower allocations for room assignments.
- Control and monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
- Analyse service quality of housekeeping operations for continuous improvement.
- Review housekeeping reports to monitor and report departmental performance.
- Periodic inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Attend to guest requests and resolve guest complains when necessary.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of contract cleaners and landscape gardeners.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience inclusive of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent team player with time management skills.
- Able to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Working location is in Orchard area

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
