**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
**Metric Management**:

- Standardize and consolidate Fab Metrics performance and roll up for executive metrics' update.
- Govern NPI Operation ground rules and audit sites
- Partner with sites closely to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan.
- Improvement of efficiency of network NPI metrics' consolidation through automation.

**Optimize the Inventory and Line Performance for the FE Network**:

- Collaborate with Area/Shift Production, Engineering, and IE to continually improve NPI cycle time
- Communication with Supply Chain and other groups on NPI Qual and Sample schedule.
- Forecast potential roadblocks in NPI inventory management and communicate mitigation plans to area and shift production team.
- Analyze line performance and provide line direction in meeting the NPI business needs.
- Develop manufacturing science concepts to line management and NPI inventory scheduling.
- Identify and address NPI production line knowledge gaps through production leadership training.
- Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are met.
- Skill development of the Pilot Line Team.
- All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
- For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
ensuring the QMS/business process that is effective and conforms to requirements

ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs

reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management

ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization

ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented.

- Able to analyze line performance and provide line direction through concept of Line Management and Inventory Management to meet business plan.
- Forecast potential roadblocks in NPI management and develop mitigation plans with the site NPI Managers.
- Fluent in the basic concept of weekly wafer starts and wafer outs business process
- Network support to improve and support BIC (Best In Class) NPI (New Product Introduction) and Inventory Management.
- Identify, manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the FE Manufacturing (Wafer Start, Wafer Out, Cycle Time).
- Lead development of leading indicators to improve Manufacturing efficiency, develop roadmap and drive execution for improvement of these indicators.
- Facilitate deployment of projects to improve NPI performance.
- Participate in the WW inventory forums and deploy BKMs to network.
- Own and maintain the Global Inventory Metrics, Business processes and Reports.
- Identify gaps/constraints and make sure Fab establish and implement best known method to resolve them.
- Promote and model the use of analytical and systematic thinking processes.
- Create an environment of motivation to foster global team member’s engagement to the fullest of their potential.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management
- Advanced understanding of Capacity Planning, Floor Scheduling, Line Management systems and all related reporting tools.
- Demonstrated organizational ability and aptitude to multi-task, make decisions, and question results to determine the best outcome.
- Proven ability to continuously improve systems and processes by striving to increase output of the network.
- Ability to foster strong relationships from cross-functional groups.
- Demonstrated ability to develop team members using training plans and feedback sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success/failure in order increase their effectiveness and their team’s effectiveness.
- Thorough knowledge of Micron’s Lot Tracking, MAS Scheduling, Line Management systems and related production and planning reporting tools.
- Demonstrate ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success/failure in order to increase team’s effectiveness.
- Demonstrate utilization of different area departments to assist in automation and area improvement projects
- (OI team, Change Manag
