**The role**

The Quality Assurance (QA) Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of personnel, paying close attention to workload and output on a daily basis. They will ensure performance standards are met so that QA activities occur in line with customer expectations, and that Quality Indicators are maintained to demonstrate regulatory compliance.

Working with other internal departments,the QA Team Leader will act as the Quality representative on assigned business projects, providing advice and guidance from a GxP perspective, ensuring a positive approach to continuous improvement.

The post holder will assist and deputise for the Quality Manager when required and appropriate. They will also assist in the collection of Quality metrics, trend analysis and contribute to periodic Quality status reports. This role will require international travel as and when required.
