**About the job**:

**Roles And Responsibilities**:
Designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying state-of-the-art RADAR signal processing algorithms for holographic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging, object detection, and flaw detection for various non-destructive testing use cases.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ph.D. / Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an individual technical contributor in realizing signal processing algorithms for radar systems.
- A solid mathematical foundation is required, as well as familiarity with methods of signal analysis and estimation.
- Deep understanding and practical knowledge of digital signal processing techniques (e.g., Fourier Series, Sampling theory) and RF propagation in free-space and complex multi-layered media.
- A deep understanding of the fundamentals of radar signal processing for various types of radar, including pulse radar, frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar, and stepped frequency continuous wave (SFCW) radar, is preferred.
- Working experience in developing synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imaging algorithms for radars is preferred.
- Experience in implementing signal processing for detecting an object and the estimation of direction of arrival (DOA) for phased array systems and MIMO radar systems.
- Possess skills in scripting languages such as MATLAB and Python.
- The person can work independently yet in close collaboration with experts from other technical fields.
- Good communications skills.

**Preferred Skillsets**:

- Experience in working on Linux Industrial I/O is good to have.
- Experience working on firmware development on FPGA platforms (e.g., Xilinx Zynq platforms, Intel Altera, etc.).
- Experience in GPR signal processing techniques such as range migration and GPR data interpretation.
- Experience with stochastic signal processing and machine learning.
- Programming skills in other languages such as C, C++, and JavaScript are good to have.
