**Senior Sales Associate (Tampines Mall)**:

**Overview**:
The primary role of a Retail Crew member will be committed to serve and attend to the customer’s needs and enquires, and ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times and replenishment of stocks and ensure all available styles are properly displayed. We believe in immersing fun and teamwork into the culture of customer service and grooming them towards career advancement in our Retail role would be provided.

**What You'll Do**:

- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on Crocs footwear/accessories.
- Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target.
- Perform daily housekeeping of the store; ensure cleanliness of the store to our customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times and replenishment of stocks and ensure all available styles are properly displayed.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
- Able to provide on-the-job training to new employees.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:
**Qualifications**
- GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent.

**Other Job Requirements**
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse workforce (eg: different age/races).
- Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customers.
- Strive to achieve sales targets without compromising service excellence.
- Honest and disciplined.
- Good team player; high energy with good working attitude.
- Well-groomed, pleasant and have a friendly disposition.
- Fun, vibrant and out-going personality.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Training will be provided.
