**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment used in electrical and physical **failure analysis (FA)**.
- Support routine lab activities including setup, sample preparation, and equipment operation.
- Assist in the development of new FA techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Handle and process chemicals safely, ensuring full compliance with **PPE and lab safety protocols**.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical staff on analysis of **mobile devices, computer hardware**, and other electronic components.
- Document test procedures, observations, and findings accurately using office productivity tools.

**Requirements**:

- **Higher NITEC or Diploma**in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related disciplines).
- Demonstrated **hands-on experience**working in a lab or electronics testing environment.
- Basic knowledge of **mobile phones, computing hardware, and electronic systems**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in **English and Chinese**(to handle documentation or equipment labels, if required).
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Open to working **mid/weekend shifts or overtime**based on lab needs.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in **testing, electronics assembly, or FA labs**is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-standard lab tools and microscopes.
