This position is responsible for strengthening ICS’s brand presence and driving patient referrals by building strong relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers. It focuses on expanding ICS’s network, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance awareness of our cancer care services. Working closely with ICS leadership, marketing, and medical teams, this role will implement outreach programs, promote ICS’s expertise, increase patient access, and support service expansion and community engagement in Singapore.

**What You’ll Do**

**1. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships**
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase market share and revenue streams in Singapore.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with medical professionals and allied healthcare providers to expand ICS’s referral network.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to boost referrals and patient access to ICS services, promoting ICS’s offerings to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate introductions, forums, and networking opportunities to foster collaboration and drive patient referrals.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders to broaden ICS’s network and referral base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with ICS Singapore’s existing pool of specialists, ensuring regular engagement, updates, and relationship-building efforts to keep our local partner network warm.

**2. Marketing, Branding & Digital Strategy**
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure alignment with ICS’s brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate with the overseas marketing team to execute digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO) aimed at increasing brand visibility and patient engagement.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee traditional and digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with ICS’s goals and timely execution.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to refine ICS’s strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and after-action reviews for marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Support clinic operations and community engagement efforts, including fostering patient relationships and assisting with company events.

**3. Content Development & Community Engagement**
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, corporate gifts, and seasonal promotional materials.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ICS’s social media presence across various platforms (Google Ads, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), targeting both local and international markets.
- Provide creative input for digital content, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with ICS’s business goals.
- Drive patient and community engagement programs to build brand awareness, strengthen relationships with the local community, and enhance ICS’s visibility among key stakeholders.
