**Job Overview**:
The Company Driver will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services to the company's management team. This includes driving executives to meetings, events, and other destinations, as well as ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and in excellent condition. The driver will also be expected to perform various administrative and logístical tasks as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Transportation Services**:

- Safely drive company executives and management personnel to various locations, including meetings, appointments, events, and airport transfers.
- Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrivals.

Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items as needed.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

**Logistical Support**:

- Assist with various logístical tasks, such as running errands, delivering packages, and other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain a log of trips, including mileage, destinations, and any issues encountered.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure all necessary vehicle documents are up to date, including insurance, registration, and inspection certificates.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage expenses related to vehicle use, such as fuel and tolls, and submit receipts as required.

**Professional Conduct**:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to executives and management personnel.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and the public.

**Role Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a company or executive driver.
- Knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic patterns.
- Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including luxury cars and SUVs.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle-related administrative tasks.
