**Sales Trainee Program (Early Career Professional)**

The Sales Trainee Program is designed for early career professionals with interest in developing himself/herself in corporate sales and learn how to be a successful salesperson. Also, who wish to pursue a fast-track career in sales field.

We are looking for enthusiastic personnel to take on a sales role. In this role, you will have hands on experience of the whole sales & trading A to Z. Shadowing closely with sales mentor, you will be exposed to day to day operations and the exciting movement of external environment. In this role, you will be given 100% autonomy to ensure operational excellence, which empower sales team to achieve sales target and aggressive trading ambition. You will be collaborating with a team of 5 salesperson, supporting their day to day go to market strategy and client liaison. Platforms including Pinduoduo, Vipshop and etc.

With this one-year program, you will have a customised learning & development journey where you will receive mentoring and sales skill advice. Upon completion of the program, we project the sales trainee will be independently running a portfolio of clients and driving sales strategy.
