**Job Summary**:

We are seeking an **Admin cum Account Assistant**to support the smooth running of our backend operations. This role spans administration, accounts, HR, and client support — ensuring our finances are tracked, lifting crews are well-coordinated, and clients receive timely follow-ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue quotations; follow up with clients on pending responses.
- Handle data entry into the accounting system, issue invoices, and track payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records for projects and expenses.
- Arrange schedules and deployments for lifting crews.
- Assist with recruitment, including arranging interviews and preparing contracts.
- Maintain HR records (certifications, training, contracts, MOM requirements).
- Support compliance documentation and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and/or admin support.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to liaise with both clients and internal crew.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
