**The Opportunity**

Our client is one of the well-established companies in the property development and investments industry in Singapore. The group has a broad portfolio of assets from residential, office, retail to hotel developments across the region.

The company is constantly expanding with numerous ongoing and upcoming projects across the region and seeking an experienced Architect to lead the department.

The role is a
**VP, Architecture and Design (Real Estate),** and this role is vital in overseeing the full spectrum of architecture, interior design, landscape, and design management of the company's portfolio of projects from the conceptual design phase through the completion of construction.

The
**VP, Architecture and Design **will also lead a team of Junior Architects, Project Engineers and Contractors to develop and execute projects according to schedule and budgets.

**The ideal profile essentially requires the following but not limited to**:

- Relevant qualification in Architecture and Design
- **15+ years experience working with a Consultancy and/or in-house role in a Property Development company based in Singapore and/or China**:

- Experience in full-cycle project/s involvement is essential and leading a mid to large scale projects ranging from residential, commercial/office, mixed-development to hotel developments
- Hands-on background in Architectural Design from drafting building plans and blueprints in collaboration with engineers and contractors
- Excellent project schedule management skills** **from initial meetings through completion of construction and set project timelines
- Effective communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel across the region if needed due to international projects
- Singapore, China, and other Southeast Asian real estate projects experience is essential
- Knowledgeable in drafting softwares (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
