Singapore UNIQCASH PTE. LTD. Full time

Disbursing of loans, assessing borrowers credit risk within the premises of the moneylending outlet.
- Debt collection duties which include reminding borrowers about the repayment dates and off-site debt collection exercises whenever necessary.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in administering all loan matters with full compliance with the existing Moneylending Act.
- Maintain an active pool of borrowers to ensure the continuous flow of business for the outlet.
- Responsible for reaching a loan target set by Management per month.
- Ensure that every loan extended through you is reasonable and viable on a risk & reward basis.
- Maintain effective credit control and cash security within the scope of the moneylending outlet.
- All other duties as per assigned by Superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of working experience in the Moneylending industry or related fields
- Ability to execute and orchestrate any last-minute changes or details to function
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills, and strong people management skills
- Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
- Willing to learn and quick to adapt to changes
- Advantages for those good command of English, Chinese and other dialects to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
