The Head Coach is responsible for:

- Coaching, Curriculum Development & Program Delivery
- Internal Relationship Management, Network Resources Management and Brand Management

**RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coaching, Curriculum Development & Program Delivery
- Deliver individual (one-to-one) or group coaching sessions (in-person and virtually) for the transformative journey of clients. Have a significant presence with the participants face-to-face and virtually through digital communications
- Across coaches, track engagement including performance metrics and quality assurance (eg instruments, measures)
- Conceptualize, develop and deliver customized experienced solutions, in the area of individual, family, organization. This includes information gathering from key client stakeholders to match specific needs and business objectives
- Facilitate workshops in accordance to the institute’s offerings

Internal Relationship Management, Network Resources Management and Brand Management
- Coordinate with external network to build, manage and deploy a source of internal coaches to deliver coaching sessions.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (active sourcing, interviews, contract negotiating) and onboarding process for coaches
- Stay abreast trends, practices and innovations in the Coaching/Facilitation industry
- Be an advocate and role-model of the institute’s Philosophy; Wellbeing and an elevated state of consciousness are the fundamentals to healthy relationships, flourishing organisations and a sustainable future.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback to enhance the Relational Centre’s offerings

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 7 to 10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or any relevant field
- Coaching certifications (e.g. International Coaching Federation (ICF), Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS) etc.) are advantages
- Excellent track record in developing and delivering coaching and facilitation. Prior experience in business or commercial area would be an advantage
- Excellent negotiator, is sophisticated and well-connected
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Team player with a wide degree of latitude; self-driven; results-oriented; 'can do' attitude; hands-on approach who is able to work with virtual, global & cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fluid environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy. Able to drive toward clarity and unity of solutions to make things happen
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong coaching skills. Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Commitment to providing the highest level of support and quality; ability to demonstrate exceptional organization and planning skills.
