They are now hiring experienced professionals from Singapore’s Chinese restaurant sector, fluent in Mandarin, to help establish a high-performing local team and bring the true taste of Hainan to the region.

**About the Role**:
We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented **Restaurant Manager**to lead our flagship Hainan restaurant in Singapore. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, team performance, and maintaining the brand’s high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage restaurant operations, including front
- and back-of-house activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Monitor inventory, food quality, and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with local food safety and health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
- Prepare shift rosters, monitor labor costs, and report on performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in **restaurant operations management**:

- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced **Chinese restaurant environment in Singapore**:

- Familiar with NEA, SFA, and other local regulatory requirements
- Fluent in **Mandarin and English**, with the ability to communicate with kitchen and service teams
- Strong customer service orientation and crisis management skills

- 管理排班、库存与营运报表,优化运营成本

**岗位要求:**
- 至少5年 **中餐厅管理经验**,熟悉新加坡本地运营模式
- 熟悉新加坡相关食品安全法规及证照操作
- 具有较强的服务意识和团队管理能力
- 必须 **精通中文和英文**,可与厨师团队和顾客顺利沟通
- 熟练使用POS系统及日常营运软件
