Qlub is an online platform revolutionizing payments in restaurants and cafeterias by letting their customers pay the bill without the interaction of any waiter or waitress straight from a QR code in the table.

Qlub has recently raised a seed round of US$17 million, and we are building our presence across Asia/Australia, as well as the Middle East, Latin America and parts of Europe.

**Merchant Success & Operations Intern**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute the operational on-boarding process for new F&B establishments to our platform
- Be a knowledge specialist on qlub & F&B operations and solve operational bottlenecks
- Organise and lead training sessions for new accounts to ensure merchants are able to fully utilise Qlub's services.
- Build and manage relationships with our merchants and optimize usage efficiency
- Support Qlub’s product development and POS integrations to improve features and solve bugs and pain points.
- Support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on on-ground feedback, reports & industry trends.

You are a good fit if you have
- 1-3 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - able to understand, solve and simplify complex processes
- Strong communicator - ability to lead discussions with F&B decision makers and stakeholders. Fluent in English.
- Like to get your hands dirty and be on the ground.

Good to have
- Work experience in an operations role in F&B, tech or payment industry
- Fluent in mandarin
