**Cleanroom Systems Specialist (Facility Technician)**

**4-Day Week, Career Track Role| Based in Ang Mo Kio**
- **Base Salary**: $1,600 - $2,000 (depending on experience)
- **Shift Allowance**:

- +$200 for Day Shift (7:30AM - 7:30PM)
- +$350 for Night Shift (7:30PM - 7:30AM)
- **Total Monthly Take-Home**: Up to $2,600
- **Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)**:

- **14 Days of Annual Leave**:

- **Real-world exposure to high-tech cleanroom operations
- Run & maintain systems: air-con, DI water, exhaust, compressed air, cooling towers
- Ensure cleanroom facility ops are on point (Class 100K semiconductor environment)
- Handle preventive maintenance and tackle urgent breakdowns
- Keep solid records, stick to safety and ISO protocols
- Help spot areas to boost system efficiency and cut costs
- Train junior techs and support onboarding when neededBe available for emergency troubleshooting
- Have 1-2 years of facility maintenance experience (bonus if it’s in manufacturing or semiconductors)
- Are okay with working in a cleanroom (PPE suits and all)
- Can commit to **12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)**:

- Work well under pressure and don’t miss the small stuffAre the type who sees a leaky valve and doesn’t wait for someone else to fix it
