**What will you do?**
- Experience in Bid Management, responding to RFP and other Presales activities.
- Anchoring responses to Proactive (proposals) as well as Reactive (RFP/RFI) bids as a single point of contact for timely submission.
- Meticulous combing of tender terms and conditions, highlighting clauses that are risky to comply, suggesting appropriate Statement of Compliance responses.
- Accurate estimation of software solution costing with underlying assumptions.
- Understand software solution requirements of the tender from a business and functional perspective to write out the business functionality part of the proposal.
- Populate respective assumptions behind Agile User Stories of tender.
- Effectively coordinate with stakeholders to design a solution response.
- End-to-end ownership of the proposal response to the client for timely submission.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant proposals recommended to customer.
- Assists the sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and account specific sales plans.
**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Software development experience.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) experience in an IT services company.
- Successfully delivered a software solution for Government Agency of $5 million and above as a project manager, with healthy profit margin.
- Possess experience delivering software solution using Agile methodology.
- Good understanding of the IT Services landscape.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of End-to-End sales life cycle.
