**Job Summary**

As an Account Manager at JCI, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients to fuel revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to nurture and expand existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the adult training landscape, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing clients with tailored solutions that address their professional development needs.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- New Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the adult training industry to expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their training needs, and upselling/cross-selling relevant programs.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients to understand their training requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with the training delivery team to tailor training programs to the specific needs of clients and learners, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our training solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our training programs.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and manage contract agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales management team.
- Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on their training experience and relay valuable insights to the training and product teams for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- At least a Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the adult training or professional development industry.
- Strong understanding of the adult training landscape, including corporate training needs and individual professional development.
- Demonstrated success in bringing in new clients and growing business revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
