We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Intern, Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by analyzing data, developing visualizations, and ensuring data integrity, all while collaborating on innovative projects.

We will count on you to:

- Review and identify data inconsistencies or outliers using statistical methods.
- Develop validation checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate on the design of the R Shiny dashboard (both front-end and back-end).
- Implement clear visualizations for pay premiums, salary movements, merit increments, and industry comparisons using packages such as ggplot2, plotly, and Shiny.
- Maintain clear documentation of the development process to ensure project continuity and facilitate team collaboration.
- Support the preparation of materials for client workshops, including presentations and reports.

What you need to have:

- Proficient in R programming, Python, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of analytics fundamentals and relevant human resource practices.
- Fundamental knowledge of machine learning and generative AI.
