Founded and spearheaded by SUSS students, Social Gifting is set to create a community where crafting can bring people together, enable impact and enrich communities.

Social Gifting provides free crafting sessions to co-create exquisite handmade gifts with warriors, empowering them to build on their strengths and enabling them to live an enriching life with dignity. They include warriors who are fighting their battles in autism, mental illness, physical disabilities, motherhood, and seniors in social isolation.

As of 2023, with the help of 3,325 volunteers, we have conducted 698 crafting sessions to co-create 91,017 gifts with 166 differently-abled crafters. We have also provided $659,965 employment opportunity to caregivers and differently-abled craftersWe are looking for a Marketing and Partnership Assistant to:

- Develop and review marketing collateral for campaigns and ensure that deadlines are met
- Develop and execute new marketing campaigns as needed to support promotional activities and enhance brand visibility
- Handle and coordinate with undergrads to ensure their tasks are completed
- Develop and create media releases, key messages, speeches, and presentations where required
- Work closely with the Founder and undergrads to create new products in order to increase sales and engage the beneficiaries
- Coordination of booths, events advertising and promotional programmes
- Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness
- Guide undergrads to generate media tracking and tabulation
- Manage social media/ website and respond to the public’s enquiries promptlyKeep oneself updated with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques, and any media regulations

**Requirements**:

- No work experience required.
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn, and a good team player
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills with the willingness to adapt to change
- Proficient in MS office

Lunch provided, flexible working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Walking distance from Dover MRT station.

**Salary**: $9-$10/ hr, min 20 hours per week
