Head of Medtech Roa Supply Chain

The Head of MedTech RoA Supply Chain reporting to VP Regional Supply Chain APAC, MedTech is responsible for developing the supply chain strategies, people, processes, technologies, and measurements to enable segment to effectively plan the production, and inventory to deliver exceptional services to our customers, favorable business performance and resolve supply chain issues.
This individual will act as Supply Chain’s single contact for the designated Commercial LT. The position will be responsible for leading the supply chain management function for the assigned market or market clusters, providing direct oversight to S&OP, DPIM, Distribution & Logistics, Customer Service and Customer Engagement within the designated market/cluster. The individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of Supply Chain strategy for the assigned market/cluster. The individual will supervise direct employees and teams of people working on strategic initiatives in the designated area. He/She will interface with Regional Supply Chain functions such as franchise planning, deliver, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain excellence for operations and capabilities support.

Strategy
- Direct accountability for developing and directing the overall strategy, governance of the S&OP/IBP and maintaining rigor in the monthly process and ensuring a seamless and efficient generation.
- Forms segment strategic roadmap to improve S&OP maturity, enables process design and adoption through technology and analytics.
- Derive mid-long E2E supply chain strategies to meet country/cluster customer and segment needs.
- Has direct accountability for the country/cluster BP and long-range financial plan for segment align with Commercial and APAC Deliver/SC strategies/plans
- Drive high impact E2E segment SC initiatives across county/cluster partnering with stakeholders within country/cluster and Region.
- Supports and provides direction for new business capacity models in conjunction with the required analysis.

Operational Excellence
- Direct accountability for all Distribution, Customer Service, outbound Transportation, Import/Export, Trade Compliance daily operation for country/cluster.
- Direct accountability for Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Supply Planning for country/cluster segment.
- Support and execute the annual, monthly and quarterly Planning Process with cross functional leaders from Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain functions to understand the business strategy, capacity and identify the priority fulfillment supply chain outcomes.
- Identify risks to S&OP/IBP and develop mitigation strategies.
- Owns and orchestrates country/cluster supply chain performance (financial and non-financial KPIs) for segment, ensuring annual targets are set and achieved.
- Collaboration and cross-team coordination of significant change to deliver value, supported by new innovative Digital Supply Chain solutions, Core Digital, Intelligent Automation and Data + Analytics foundations through activities executed as the program passes from innovation to program definition, design, build, deploy and run.
- Ensure a robust foundation of quality and compliance throughout Supply Chain in country/cluster -partnering with compliance functional pillars to set compliance agenda, monitor performance, surface and drive rapid resolution of compliance risk
- Drives continuous improvement and nurture Continuous Process Improvement culture in country/cluster.

Customer Success
- Oversight management for customer service operations and owns the CX capability enhancement in country/cluster.
- Build long term partnership with strategi customers at C-suite level by providing innovative distribution and logistics solutions to meet their needs.

3PL/4PL engagement and performance management
- Define the right partner with Logistics Procurement team and manage contractual KPIs.
- Forecast work volume based on the demand forecast and prediction model to support 3PL/4PL to prepare the right resources.
- Secure safety physical and digital working environment and maintain it along with EHS&S and Cyber Security guidelines.
- Ensure all the activities conform to the regulations and QMS.

Leadership & Talent
- Develop talent and ensure country/cluster supply chain team demonstrates functional excellence. Actively sponsor and mentor key talent while building leadership capabilities within the team
