Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
- Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
- Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards (BCA BIM e-submission, LOD requirements, etc.).
- Familiarity with other BIM-related software (SketchUp, Dynamo, etc.) will be an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
