**Role Description**

IPC is looking for a project manager with experience delivering technology projects in the Financial Services industry.
- Have a record of adeptly managing stakeholders, scope, communication, risk, schedule, quality, resources, and procurement for large, complicated projects.
- Be skilled in leading virtual teams to deliver multiple projects to investment banks at all levels of the OPM3.
- Have working knowledge of network, server, database, VoIP, telecoms, infrastructure cabling, and data center.
- Possess excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a high EQ.
- Be able to coach project team members and effectively delegate responsibility.
- Proactively assume all duties and responsibilities and quickly become a contributing member of the IPC APAC team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects from initiation to closure to implement IPC products and services
- Own project P&L
- Report project schedule and cost performance to regional management
- Liaise with branch managers to allocate resources and manage work calendar
- Utilize IPC Change Management system and participate in change management calls
- Lead engineers and SMEs in development of detailed, accurate WBS
- Utilize MS Project to effectively manage complex project schedules
- Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of IPC standards and processes
- Adhere to customer standards and processes and reconcile w/ IPC's as required
- Methodically manage project risk
- Run meetings and conference calls with team members and stakeholders w/in and w/o the APAC region
- Maintain meticulous project documentation adhering to standard naming conventions and versioning
- Coach lead engineers in project management
- Contribute to drafting of SoWs
- Understand IPC and customer responsibilities and liabilities as defined in Master Services Agreement and SoW and ensure compliance
- Assist Sales in RFPs
- Embrace IPC's Service Delivery Excellence culture and manage customer satisfaction w/ regards to project scope and deliverables.

**Experience and Skills Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT or BTC project management demonstrating progressive growth and development
- Financial Services industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Meticulous and responsible individual with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Project and Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Advantageous: PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications
- Advantageous: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Thai or Japanese language.
