1 year exp **Roles & Responsibilities** - Assist Production Manager in department administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the management. - Work with Production Manager to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule - Report to Production Manager regarding production issue - Enforce a high standard of sanitation and hygiene, and monitoring of workstation and staff - Plan and assign daily job duties to workers - Provide job training to workers to meet production goals - Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency. - Any other duties assigned from time to time Inspired by the fervour and optimism of the newly independent Singapore, Madam Ong set up her first bak kwa stall in 1969.
