**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager/Business Partner, your main accountabilities will include:

- Support the day-to-day HR services related matters.
- Assist in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, schedule interviews and attend interviews if needed and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process including ensuring onboarding documents are in order and conducting new hires orientation.
- Prepare all employment-related documents such as employment contract, and other letters in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in planning and implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Assist in employee and internal communication.
- Prepare HR reporting which include manpower reports and required data.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare monthly billing to client and raise purchase order to service providers.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned and a diverse variety of HR projects or initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma holder or Degree in Business Management, HRM or equivalent
- At least 2 to 4 years hands-on experience as a HR generalist in a corporate environment.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, proactive, committed and a team player.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Numerical ability and data entry skills.
- Meticulous, possess initiative and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Good MS Office skills and experience in BIPO HRMS will be an advantage.
