**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes a variety of tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
- Manage office budget, including petty cash and office expenses.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other administrative support and assistance as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in communications or administration are a plus**:

- **Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
