**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosis of relevant behavioural barriers, biases and heuristics for given CX / business problems
- Designing of behaviourally-informed interventions
- Designing the set-up of (quasi)-experiments (hypothesis statement, identification of success metrics, set-up of control/treatment or pre/post groups, etc)
- Analysis of intervention effectiveness (e.g. running of regressions, t-tests, chi-squared tests, etc)
- Developing and conducting behavioural science trainings

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a field related to Economics / Social or Cognitive Psychology / Behavioural Science / Statistics / Data Analytics / Consumer Behaviour is preferred but not required (an advanced degree in any of these fields is preferred but not required)
- Have an interest in and deep understanding of behavioural / psychological science or behavioural economics
- Experienced and comfortable with running statistical analysis on R, or Python
- Have an interest in Customer Experience and customer research
- A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing and deadline-driven environment
