Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform NPV and IRR calculations for investment case
- Establish investment and profitability models for new and re-negotiated contracts
- Establish and maintain commercial risk and sensitivity models
- Establish and maintain business cases for each asset (cradle to grave)
- Establish and maintain impairment testing models for each asset
- Perform commercial re-appraisal of completed projects one year after completion
- Provide analysis to Commercial Managers for re-negotiations of contracts, large variation orders and impact of bonus and penalties for existing assets in the fleet
- Communicate and liaise with finance department regarding capitalization of additional investments and management of depreciation profiles for existing asset in the fleet
