**Job Summary**:
The job role is the crew leader of a 2 men crew that consist of the Ambulance Driver and him/herself. He/she is responsible and answerable for the ambulance he/she is assign to, akin to a captain of a ship.

**Job Scope**:

- Attend to calls as per dispatched in accordance to services and service levels prescribed by the company
- Perform and administer aid to patients as prescribed by the protocols implemented by Medical Director
- Ensuring accurate documentation of operations such as Patient Care Forms and billable items on Invoices
- Ensure medical supplies and consumables at adequately stocked and not expired
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle, both interior and exterior
- Interact and communicate with patient and/or family on all aspects of services offered by the company
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Higher NITEC certificate in Paramedic and Emergency Care / SCDF Level 3 / UPEC Paramedic/ Registered Nurses
- Composed and focused under pressure, able to handle intense situations
- Meticulous and has attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills and software with ease
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Able to work shift work
- Preferably BCLS + AED certified

**Position Type**:Full Time / Part Time

**Location**:Office at Jalan Besar, deployed island wide

**Salary**:$2000 Basic + Allowance + Incentive
