**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Scope of work**:
1. Provide in-depth sales and market analysis, and drive new initiatives to support sales performance and key performance indicators

2. Provide new insights into areas of weaknesses in sales strategies through data-driven approach on a regional basis and suggest improvements to strengthen these areas.

3. Partner with regional country managers to help commercial teams utilize sales programs to hit sales target.

4. Liaise with IT department to coordinate projects involving, but limited to:
b. Support and maintain sales analysis deliveries to support sales operations with inputs from country managers

5. Monitor stock inventory levels and drive inventory liquidation strategy at the regional level.

6. Set monthly and quarterly sales revenue forecasting and annual sales target.

7. Develop pricing methodologies and manage the pricing of products.

8. Manage promotions for regional markets to drive profitability

9. To supervise any junior staffs (where applicable)

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in sales management role with hands on experience in sales administration, sales operations and reporting to managers.
- At least 2 years of experience with product distribution value chain on a regional basis.
- Natural ability to interact across all levels of hierarchy and flow with a dynamic culture.
- Fluent in Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and logical thinking, project management and problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Experience in the dental industry would be advantageous.
- At least a year in python programming and statistical analysis will be an advantage.
