You will be responsible to oversee the entire end to end of campaign management process to support GroupM agencies and clients. In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values: - Be **Extraordinary** by _Leading Collectively_ to _Inspire transformational Creativity._ - Create an **Open** environment by_ Balancing People and Client Experiences_ by _Cultivating Trust_. - Lead **Optimistically** by _Championing Growth_ _and Development_ to _Mobilize the Enterprise_ **Responsibilities of the role**: **Day to day business management** - Work across all aspects of the biddable business for client, campaign operations, regular analysis of live campaigns, raise any alarms in case of any issues, recommending new products **Biddable Excellence -**Ensuring gold class delivery on campaign while following the excellence frameworks and best practices followed by the brand **Network Management**: - Learning how to work with multiple markets and cultures and developing a good relationship with agency and client teams across the region and globe. **Planning Input -** - Understand the client’s objectives and recommend appropriate biddable plan basis the brief - Lead biddable operations of Japan business and effectively manage & optimize campaigns wrt budgets, targeting, bid strategies, etc. to achieve the KPI - Analyze Competitor’s activity & keep a lookout for industry/category trends to recommend the right course of action - Contribution to the campaign strategies from a biddable perspective - Weekly/Monthly calls with internal client team on campaign performance and align on any recommendations **Reporting -**Timely reporting for all biddable platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Campaign Manager, Analytics, etc. to the market teams and the client to take the right decisions. **Team Development**:Share regular updates on new products or positive campaign results with larger team so that other markets can also adopt the learnings **What you will need**: - 4 - 5 years of operational experience across Biddable platforms - Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications is good to have - Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & managing campaign tracking across Google Campaign Manager, MOAT, DAR, Nielsen, etc. - Up-to-date knowledge of best-in-class practices in digital marketing - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions - Excellent communication skills and teamwork, to liaise with different market teams across APAC - Proficient in excel and PowerPoint **Life at WPP Media & Benefits** Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
