- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri: 9.00am - 6.00pm, one Sat per month: 8am - 3pm) with rotational shift duties

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, managing inquiries and finalizing deals.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Customize and recommend educational programs tailored to client needs.
- Generate budgets and quotes that meet client expectations and ensure profitability.
- Assist the academic team in developing courses that fulfill client specifications.
- Identify and promote additional services that enhance our core offerings.
- Oversee class logistics, including scheduling, assigning teachers, and arranging venues.
- Ensure the availability and organization of class materials and documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues to maintain client and teacher satisfaction.
- Handle invoicing and billing, confirm timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Address billing concerns and conduct regular follow-ups for payments.
- Collaborate with finance to oversee payment processes and record-keeping for audits.
- Manage tender processes and proposal submissions, adhering to required standards.
- Seek opportunities for growth and upsell services to better meet client needs.
- Expand client base and improve service delivery via strategic marketing and partnerships.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in an educational or service-oriented industry.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with educational or financial management systems is advantageous.
