**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving personal sales revenue targets while assisting GFM sales lead to drive overall digital sales budget for target client segments.
- Utilize extensive financial datasets to drive end-to-end data science solutions for algorithmic pricing, experiment design, and customer hyper-personalization.
- Work with the team to solve complex sales optimization problems using advanced machine learning and quantitative methods.
- Conduct research and literature reviews to assess quantitative algorithms and models, ensuring the adoption of optimal methodologies to drive sales revenue growth.
- Implement and train sales driven AI/ML models, optimizing algorithm and system efficiency through GPU distributed computing and concurrent programming.
- Create reusable libraries/ micro services, deploy machine learning ecosystems, and integrate subsystems as necessary.
- Initiate and support all targeted sales & marketing activities towards achieving desk objectives/target, including the generation leads and execution of trades.
- Collaborate with product sponsors and relevant stakeholders to achieve sales and revenue targets and to build customised structured solutions for our customer segments.
- Confidently market full suite of GFM products, DCE and corporate wealth offerings.
- Continuously keep abreast of markets, industry developments and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure adherence to industry, bank and GFM compliance and risk management framework.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in the data science project life cycle, demonstrated by a proven track record of working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Experience developing reinforcement learning models and frameworks at scale.
- Exceptional programming skills in Python (Or demonstrable ability to pick up new languages) and SQL variants, with knowledge of design patterns, code optimization, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and tools such as Agile methodologies, Jira, Jenkins, and Git.
- Good proven track record in sales and revenue targets, ideally in banking will be a strong plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
