**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and execution of Dynamics 365 version upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and mínimal downtime.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures within Dynamics 365 to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems to enhance functionality and streamline business processes.
- Manage the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring that all components are correctly installed and configured.
- Configure Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the organization including customizing workflows forms and reports.
- Conduct data migration activities to transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Administer Dynamics 365 including user management system monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use Dynamics 365.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Dynamics 365 configurations processes and procedures.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates on Dynamics 365-related activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud engineering practices within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 version upgrades security integration deployment configuration data migration and administration.
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within Dynamics 365.
- Must have excellent skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Nice to have experience with other cloud platforms and technologies.
- Must have a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Must have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have a strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
